Drumroll please.....Panache-N-Posh's person of the year for 2009 goes to......Amber Rose! I've had a love/hate relationship with her for most of 2009, but she's been my favorite person to post on all year. In her honor, I will re-post my top 3 Amber Rose posts. I love this bish!

Amber at GUESS Store Opening

Here is the ever-delightful Amber Rose at the GUESS flagship store opening in New York City on July 22nd. Sorry I waited so long to post these pics. I was busy! Anyways, check out Amber in her Guess jeans and trailer park shirt and lacy bra. How classy! I swear if her outfits were on any other female I'd be having a field day talking about her; however, I have to admit I love Amber Rose. Look at her in the last pic with ex-America's Next Top Model Kim. Amber is definitely the baddest bish there. I guess the teal hair color was a temporary thing (I liked it), but she still looks ultra-fly! And she is definitely making rounds without Kanye. I hope this contract with Ford Models takes her where she wants to be. Kanye took you this far.....now girlie you're on your own.

Amber Rose's New Hair Color

Peep these pics of Amber's new hair color. Shall we call this "teal"? I think so. I actually think it looks hot on her (plus it coordinates nicely with the outfit). I didn't post pics of her with Kanye at the BET awards because personally I didn't particularly care for her outfit. I wonder when Amber's 15 minutes of fame are up? I thought they would be over when her and Kanye broke up, but obviously they're still together. We'll see....

Peep these pics from E Moda magazine featuring Amber Rose. I admit she looks really good and she supposedly now has a contract with Ford Models. Amber has a very unique look and there's no denying her beauty....However to my dismay I've found out that Amber Rose and MY MAN Kanye are still together! (If you don't know how I feel about Kanye's relationship with Amber look at my previous posts on her). I'm going to back off and give it a little more time before I go back to my usual ways of bashing Miss Amber. I admit that deep down inside I love this girl! But she needs to stay the hell away from my man....

Quick Celebrity Couple Gossip

Here's some quick celebrity gossip:

• So my favorite couple (I love to hate on) Kanye West and Miss Amber Rose have split up. I've heard this rumor for awhile but ignored it, but I think this time it's for real. I'll miss Amber.....(rolling my eyes). Anywhoo, the gossip going around is that Kanye is now with Rihanna. We've heard this rumor before and now that they've been spending time together working on new material for her and her making an appearance in his new video for "Paranoid" the rumors have been intensified. I actually think they make a cute couple although honestly he needs to be with someone older.
  
• I haven't really posted anything on up and coming rapper Drake but he's recently been linked with Rihanna, Bria Myles, and now Teyanna Taylor. I honestly don't see the fascination with Drake but perhaps he will grow on me. If him and Teyanna Taylor are really together, good for them. Both need the publicity.
  
• I said I wasn't going to comment on this, but did ya'll see the season premiere of Jon and Kate Plus Eight? WHOA, it was kinda intense. I feel really bad for them and how their business was aired out on tv. However, it kinda seems like Kate didn't mind too much. Here's my brief assessment: The problem with their marriage didn't really seem like infidelity. It seemed like Jon was sick of doing the show, sick of not being able to work, and sick of Kate. I felt kinda bad for him, although I wish he would have explicitly apologized to Kate. They both repeatedly said that their "family" was important to them but never really said anything nice or loving about each other. Seems like these two are heading for divorce.
  

Met Costume Gala

Here is Kanye and Amber! Oh how cute! (rolling eyes...) I thought they had broken up? I have to admit I love her dress. The first pic doesn't really show off how nice the fabric and texture is. The second one is a little better. And when is Amber going to start growing in her hair? And more importantly, why is Kanye not wearing any socks?
Here is Ciara. I'm so sick of that long phony pony! She needs to give it a rest and let it stay in the drawer at home. I don't really like her dress either. The bottom is a tad matronly.
The front view is even worse. Try again! FYI. Her new album is in stores today. Don't bother buying it...
Here is Rihanna with some interesting attire on. I've been reading other blogs who are praising her on how fashion forward this outfit is. Now you know if anyone else showed up looking like this everyone would be talking about how tacky it is. That jacket has got to go! What's up with her pigeon-toe stance?
Of course this is Tyra Banks. I can't say I love or hate her dress. It just is what it is. She better be careful that her stalker doesn't show up. Although he was convicted he's not getting any jail time just some counseling. Girl, be careful!

Here I was praising that stupid Amber Rose: "Oh she has such a pretty smile" and "She's a Baaaad Bitch!" F--- that now Amber Rose! I was reading Necole Bitchie/Baller Alert and came across this quote:

“A friend of mine in Philly is friends with Miss Amber and claims that Amber is tired of Kanye. She says that Kanye calls her looking for Amber when he can’t reach her himself. My friend says that Amber says there is no more chase. Kanye tells Amber how many girls would die to be in her place and tells her to do this and that. She also says Kanye wakes Amber up and says, ‘I’m ready to have sex.’”

Trick you have some NERVE! (1) If Kanye calls you, bitch you better pick up! (2) No more chase? I'm sure you gave him the goodies early on so what are you complaining about? (3) Kanye is absolutely right. I would DIE to be her! (4) If Kanye tells you to jump, bitch you better jump! (5) If Kanye West wakes me up to have sex oh please believe he won't have to ask me twice.

The man has taken you to Europe, all these Fashion Weeks, bought you things......basically took you from the strip club to the lavish life. How DARE you play MY man for a fool! Amber Rose you are dead to me. No more posts on you!

Janelle Monae also performed. I love that girl. Her style is cute. I wish she would put out another album and get a little more exposure. More people should know her name by now.

Don Diva

In a previous post I warned Amber Rose that she had three chances to impress me and that would determine if I gave her "Bad Bish" title back. She gave me two solid outfits and I've been anxiously waiting for a third that was gonna make or break her. Well here it is. I present to you.... "Bad bish #1, the don diva.....Amber Rose!" For some reason I can't get enough of this girl. She's beyond intriguing. Sometimes you just wanna reject her as a stanky stripper who's using (my man) Kanye for his dough. Other times it seems that he's made a good choice and that she's beyond chic and compliments his swag to the t. I still haven't totally made up my mind about her but she's been impressing me in the fashion and looks department. Forget what other people say, I think she's gorgeous. She has a killer smile. I'm still refusing to call them "Kamber" though. They haven't reach that conjoined named status with me yet.

Two in a Row

I said before that I wasn't going to do any more posts about Amber Rose. But she just won't go away/ get off of my man.

Here they are at such-and-such fashion week with black coordinating outfits. I admit that she has a body to die for, but I refuse to give her more than that. The title I bestowed upon her of "Bad Bish #1" has not been re-appointed by me yet. She has to give me three fierce outfits in a row for me to give it back. So far she has two in a row. Let's see if she makes it to three...

Redeemed

I promised myself I wouldn't do another Kanye and Amber Rose post. However, after seeing these pics of them at Paris Fashion Week it seems like Amber Rose has redeemed herself from her fashion faux pas last week.

Minus the sunglasses with the wack glasses-holder straps, I'm digging her outfit. That jacket is fierce and paired with the black pencil skirt, and cute black shoes, she's back on good terms with me. I've also started wearing what I shall now call the "Amber Rose shade" lipstick personally. It suits her well (as it does me!).

Okay Amber. You've done well. Don't mess it up.

I've had a slight fascination with this Amber Rose chick Kanye has been dating. I haven't quite been able to put my finger on it.

I've finally put the pieces together! Anyone who knows me knows that Player's Club (shout out to Chi-Town's First Lady Diamond) is one of my favorite movies.

CHI-TOWN stand up! I love me some Kanye. People call him arrogant and cocky but he is the epitome of panache-n-posh! So Kanye is my boo. You can't tell me nothin'!

In my mind, Kanye is my man, so of course it was to my dismay that he has a new "model" chick: Amber Rose. For a second I was upset and distressed....but I have to give it to her.....this is one bad bish!!! I mean I wouldn't call her a "model" (from my understanding models tend to model clothes) but she is definitely a compliment to my man's swag.

I ain't too worried about her though. It's quite obvious she's an accessory. Like Kanye's fashion, she's just a phase.
