Here's Usher at the "Points of Light Institute" volunteerism event in Washington D.C. He's been in Washington quite a few times as of late right? I know one thing...he needs to get back in the studio and work on some tracks. His last album was weak. You know I love Usher but he hasn't been doing well in my book lately. I love his suit though.
