Okay....so here are some pics of Chris Brown at the tattoo parlor with some girl over the weekend. Now I don't want to jump to conclusions and say that this is his new girl, but ummm that's what it look like. Doesn't she look a lot like Natalie Mejia from that fake girl group Girlicious? Not confirming anything, just pointing out that there's a strong resemblance. Hmmmm....
