Christina Milian looks a mess. Why would you dye your hair blond like that? Did your hair stylist not warn you that it might not be a good look for you? She's had it blond before, but not like this. This is completely horrid. And then to have that red lip stick and tacky sun glasses and outfit? I'm so confused. She looks like a clown.
