I've never heard of this magazine but clearly Beyonce is on the cover. I love her some of time--but other times she just be over-doing it. She's pretty here though. I'm pretty sure this is a Herve Leger bandage swimsuit but I still have to check on that. Everyone has been wearing the dresses, leave it up to Bey to shut em down with the swimsuit.
